Do prices include tax?
Prices in US dollars are for companies outside Peru. Prices in Peruvian soles exclude IGV (Peru’s sales tax).
Will it replace my team?
No. It frees them from repetitive tasks so they can focus on selling and serving customers better. When a conversation needs a person, the agent hands it over to your team.
Does it work with the systems I already use?
Yes. We work with what you already have: CRMs like HubSpot or Kommo, ERPs like Odoo, your e-invoicing system, Shopify or WooCommerce stores, Google Workspace, spreadsheets and databases. If you use a custom system, we connect through its API.
Do I need the official WhatsApp API?
For an agent to reply on its own reliably, yes: the official WhatsApp Business API is the route authorized by Meta and reduces the risk of your number being blocked. We guide you through the whole activation process.
How long does it take?
After the assessment call, we send your proposal within 48 hours. The Respond Plan goes live in 1–2 weeks and the Sell & Schedule Plan in 2–3 weeks. Custom projects depend on scope.
